SCOPE OF AGREEMENT
L' "Azienda Agricola Firria di Bianca Antonietta” (hereinafter also referred to as Company) has created the website "firria.com" to carry out e-commerce only to final consumers (hereinafter also referred to as" Customers"or" Customer "). Customers undertake to not make commercial use of the products purchased. The contracts perfected through the site "firria.com" fall into the category of remote sales contracts, between the '' Azienda Agricola Firria di Bianca Antonietta" with registered office in Avola (SR), via Santa Lucia 52, VAT n. 01860310893 and the final consumer, and relate to the sale of goods (extra virgin olive oil and almonds) presented on the website "firria.com". The sale is governed by the Terms which shall be considered integral and essential part of the sales contract. This imply therefore the customer, before sending the order, need to read carefully the conditions of sale. We reserve the right to update at any time the present conditions of sale for possible adjustments and regulatory changes, and the changes will be effective from the date of publication on our site. The electronic sending order filled in the appropriate form by Customer through the website constitutes acceptance of the current terms and conditions at that moment and it serves as a consent to purchase event perfecting the sales contract.
PURCHASE ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Enter the order filled in the appropriate form of the website by the customer with its payment.
- Order acceptance from our side sent to you via e-mail.
- Shipping and delivery of goods to the customer's home.
The acceptance and processing the order will take place only after receipt of payment. In the event that the amount of goods ordered exceeds our availability, the customer will be promptly informed via email, as well as choose whether to replace the missing product, modify or cancel the order at no cost and we will refund the customer the sum not due possibly already paid. Customer raises the Company from any liability arising from any incorrect completion of the order form, including as regards the only delivery address and / or issue of false tax documents, being the Customer solely responsible for the correct insertion of data in the order form. Children under 18 are not allowed to transmit orders via the online order form.
SALES PRICES AND BILLING
Prices of products displayed on the site are in € (Euro) including VAT and any other applicable taxes, containers and packaging. Shipping charges are not included. Any promotions related to the sale price and / or shipping charges are only valid during the period of publication on our site. The payment of the price can only be made in foreign currency € (Euro) and the amounts will be reported only in € (Euro invoice). The bill will come to you at the email address indicated during the order.
PAYMENT METHOD
Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal and bank transfer.
The purchase through the use of the Credit Card is fully managed by the PayPal system, to which the Company cannot be accessed in any way. Is not compulsory to have a PayPal account to make the payment, you will be directed to the PayPal site to enter your credit card information and billing will be simultaneous to the approval of the card.
By purchasing with PayPal you will be directed to the PayPal site to enter your email address and password related to your account and you can check the payment data. All the financial data are handled directly by PayPal. In case of cancellation the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account.
The purchase by bank transfer is advisable, to speed the shipping procedures, to send an email to info@firria.com copy of the bank receipt certifying the transfer. The acceptance and processing the order will take place only after the actual receipt of payment which should take place no later than 10 (ten) working days from order. Beyond this deadline, the order will be invalid and will be cancelled. The transfer’s description of the bank shall indicate the name or business name of the person making the order and the number and date of the order.
The bank details to make the transfer will be provided only on request to the email info@firria.com.
RECESS (pursuant to Legislative Decree. 06/09/2005 n. 206)
In the event that the customer is not satisfied with the products purchased, he may exercise the right of withdrawal, by sending notice by registered letter A/R to our home "Azienda Agricola Firria di Bianca Antonietta - via Santa Lucia 52 - 96012 Avola (SR) - Italy "within 15 days of receipt of the purchased products. the Customer is invited to bring forward that email address info@firria.com a communication indicating the details of the purchase order. The purchased products must be returned to our office within 15 days receipt of the same and subject to verification of the goods, we will refund the sums paid by bank transfer as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after receipt of notice of withdrawal. the returned products must be sent to our office intact, placed in their packaging full original in all its parts, as received by the customer. the return of the purchased products are at the expense of the customer in accordance with article. 67, paragraph 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 206 of 06/09/2005.
Our sales policy is to meet the expectations of customers, then receive any feedback, we will solve it quickly and in the best way.
APPLIED LAW
These Conditions of sale and purchase agreements executed through the website "firria.com" are governed by Italian law to EU guidelines views (Legislative Decree 09/06/2005 n. 206 Categories Consumer Code Legislative Decree 9/04 / 2003 n. 70 - as amended and supplemented). Customer raises the Company from responsibility for any malfunctions, interruptions of service and performance degradation, whether due or not to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, unless they are directly attributable to the same company to its negligence or gross negligence. Any dispute over the interpretation of these conditions of sale and trade relations arising therefrom between the Company and the Customer will be dealt with exclusively by the Court of Siracusa.
