The organic extra virgin olive oil SICILIA P.G.I. (Protected Geographical Indication) is produced only from cultivars plants "Biancolilla" expressing in this oil the maximum of their peculiarities linked to the region and culture.

The characteristics and properties conferred by the cultivar (quality of olive trees) in an extra virgin olive oil, may vary greatly depending on the structure of the territory, the climate and soil characteristics in which they are grown. The age-old Biancolilla cultivars make "SICILIA P.G.I. " unique - with  its rich taste and organoleptic characteristics.

It is produced with scrupulous care, from the harvesting to the milling, from storage to the bottling. Its qualities make it particularly suitable for savoury uncooked dishes as mixed salad, fish starters, vegetable soups, roasted fish and meat both white and red.

From the town of Avola, formerly called "Abola", takes its name the "Mandorla di Avola" label is referring to three different high quality almond varieties: "Pizzuta d'Avola", "Fascionello" and "Romana  o Corrente d'Avola". Their quality is recognized worldwide and they are spread across the territory of Val di Noto, land of origin of these almonds.
